Construction Stage Support & Quality Control
Provided hands-on engineering support and rigorous quality control throughout construction, upholding a zero-defect policy and ensuring high-quality structural delivery that met both client and regulatory expectations.
The structure was delivered in two stages: the first comprising 434 Build-to-Rent apartments, and the second adding 415 Build-to-Sell residences. The buildings feature traditional brickwork façades and arched windows, combining durability with a timeless design.
The completed development includes a wide range of resident amenities such as a resort-style pool, gym, rooftop gardens, cinema, co-working areas, and wellness spaces. Over 25 retail and dining outlets, including cafes, restaurants, Petbarn, and childcare services, activate the ground plane and enhance community connection.
Sustainability and social impact were key considerations, with EV charging stations, a 5-Star Green Star Rating target, and affordable housing delivered for key workers through the Coronation Cares initiative.
