Moreover, his personal skills and management capabilities in software engineering and professional drafting has enabled him to raise the standard of engineering services available to the entire construction industry in Sydney.

William brings a wealth of 15 years experience and complete project knowledge, concept design, feasibility studies, value engineering, risk assessment, safety in design and detailed documentation, construction and post-construction phase services.
​
William has been the structural engineer on construction projects individually valued over $400 million, contributed his expertise to projects worth over $4.5 billion of combined construction value, and projects.

JOSEPH PENG
Senior Partner / Senior Structural Consultant

Joseph is an absolute structural expert in designing mid to high-rise Class II buildings. He has 12 years of focused Class II experience under his belt. Joe has also worked on more than 120 Class II projects and have designed more than 500 post-tensioned slabs in Australia.
Joseph is also specialised in detailing key elements such as shoring, post-tensioned slab and precast concrete with combined value of project over $1 Billion.
Joseph has a team of 3 Engineers he trained who work alongside with him on daily basis. He is passionate about systemisation, leadership and relationship building. Our clients find Joseph very easily to communicate with.

KEVIN DING
Senior Partner | BIM Manager
Kevin’s biggest asset to the team is his hands-on experience in so many diverse and advanced projects. With more than 100 projects under his belt using BIM technologies, he’s being able to provide BIM solutions for projects involving structural steel, reinforced concrete, post-tension and roof trusses structures.
Even more exciting is that his projects ranged in size and depth, with project scopes that covered anywhere from $1 million to $300 million.
Having held a multitude of design, drafting, and management positions, he’s been able to develop advanced skills covering operational development and implementation, including project modelling and designing, Revit family designing, and BIM system operating and managing.
As the leader of current BIM / Drafting team, Kevin is not only managing internal and external drafters / technicians to accomplish their daily drafting tasks, but also providing on-going training and relevant materials to maintain high quality standards.

Roni Shlemon

Roni has designed more than 50,000 timber and steel beams and columns in his career. He has worked on more than a million tonnes of steel and timber framing components.
Roni is a leader that specialises in the design of timber and structural steel framing in the residential, industrial and commercial sector. As a Partner with Palantir, Roni leads a team of engineers that incorporate innovative designs with practical solutions to our various types of projects.
